Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the N45.AI platform, Spec-Driven Development software with AI agents, made available by N45 Tecnologia ("N45", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, the user ("you") fully agrees to these Terms.
2. Registration and Trial
Access to the Pro plan requires registration with a valid email and credit card information. The free trial lasts 7 (seven) calendar days from the activation date. If not canceled before the end, the subscription is automatically converted to the current paid plan.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account panel or via the npx n45-ai cancel command. Cancellation ends automatic renewal; access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
4. Intellectual Property
N45.AI and all its components are the exclusive property of N45. The source code generated during platform use belongs to the user. N45 does not claim rights to code produced in client projects.
5. Acceptable Use
It is forbidden to use N45.AI for illegal activities, generate malware, circumvent third-party security systems, or resell access without N45's express authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
N45.AI is provided "as is". N45 does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall N45 be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other, however privileged.
