Terms of Use

For the purposes of this document: (a) "Sites" means the institutional sites n45.tech and n45.ai; (b) "Platform" means the registration, authentication and product-use environment for N45.AI, available at account.n45.tech and app.n45.tech; (c) "Services" means the Sites and the Platform, together.
2. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Services, provided by Bruno Siqueira Lopes (CNPJ 05.601.834/0001-76) ("N45", "we"), with the Platform dedicated to the N45.AI product, an AI-agent-powered Spec-Driven Development platform. By browsing the Sites, creating an account or using the Platform, you (the "user") fully agree to these Terms.
3. Registration and Account
Access to the Platform requires registration with a valid email; registration and login are shared across N45 products. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Registration and account data are retained for the duration of the contract and for up to 5 (five) years after termination, for tax and legal purposes, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Trial and Subscription
The Pro plan, on the Platform, requires credit card information and offers a 7 (seven) calendar-day free trial from activation. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the then-current paid plan.
5. Cancellation and Payment
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account dashboard, on the Platform. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Use of the Services
You may not use the Services for unlawful activities, to generate malware, to bypass third-party security systems, to perform unauthorized reverse engineering, or to resell access without N45's express authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all their components are the exclusive property of N45. Source code generated by the user while using the Platform belongs to the user; N45 claims no rights over code produced in customers' projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". N45 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under no circumstances will N45 be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
9. Changes and Governing Law
These Terms may be updated periodically; the last update date appears at the top of this page. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with any disputes submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, waiving any other venue, however privileged.
