The processing of personal data by N45.AI is based on: (a) contract execution — for providing the subscribed service; (b) legitimate interest — for error diagnosis and service improvement; (c) legal obligation compliance — retention of tax records.

Under the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing; access data; correct incomplete or inaccurate data; anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data; portability; revoke consent; and receive information about the sharing performed.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Send your request to hello@n45.ai with the subject "LGPD — [Request Type]". We will respond within 15 business days, as required by law.
International Transfer
Data may be processed on servers located in the US (AWS us-east-1). The transfer is carried out with adequate contractual guarantees, in compliance with art. 33 of the LGPD.

This policy may be updated periodically. We will communicate relevant changes by email with at least 30 days' notice.
