Privacy Policy

We collect: (a) registration data — name, email, and password; (b) payment data — processed directly by Stripe, we do not store card data on our servers; (c) usage data — executed command logs, CLI version, and errors for diagnostic purposes.
2. Data NOT Collected
N45.AI processes code 100% locally on your machine, within your AI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.). No source code files, specs, diffs, or project content are sent to N45 servers.
3. Purpose of Processing
The collected data is used for: providing the contracted service; processing payments; sending transactional communications (receipts, billing alerts); improving the product based on aggregated and anonymized usage metrics.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, AWS for infrastructure) under contracts that ensure confidentiality and LGPD compliance.
5. Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of the contract and for up to 5 years after termination for tax and legal purposes. Usage logs are anonymized after 90 days.
6. Security
We adopt encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access control, and periodic security audits.
