Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this document: (a) "Sites" means the institutional sites n45.tech and n45.ai; (b) "Platform" means the registration, authentication and product-use environment for N45.AI, available at account.n45.tech and app.n45.tech; (c) "Services" means the Sites and the Platform, together.
2. Data Controller
The Services are operated by Bruno Siqueira Lopes, Brazilian Tax ID (CNPJ) 05.601.834/0001-76, headquartered at Rua Carlos Mesquita, 102, Parque Renato Maia, Guarulhos/SP, Brazil, CEP 07114-200 ("N45", "we"), the controller of the personal data processed under this Policy.
3. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) registration and authentication data, collected on the Platform — name, email and password, shared across N45 products; (b) contact data, collected on the Sites — name, email, company, job title, phone and message submitted via our contact form; (c) payment data, collected on the Platform — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers; (d) usage data, collected on the Platform — CLI command logs, version used and diagnostic errors; (e) anonymous browsing data, collected on the Sites via Google Analytics 4; (f) chatbot session data, collected on the Sites — an anonymous session identifier and exchanged messages.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
On the Platform, source code is processed entirely on the user's machine, inside the AI tool being used (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and similar). No code file, spec, diff or project content is ever sent to our servers.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
On the Sites, we use Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _gid) for browsing metrics, a theme preference cookie, a cookie consent cookie and a chatbot session identifier stored in sessionStorage, cleared when the browser closes. Non-essential cookies can be declined via the consent banner.
6. Data Sharing and Subprocessors
We share personal data only with the following subprocessors, to the extent necessary to provide the Services: Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile anti-fraud and Workers KV storage), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics 4 (browsing metrics), Sentry (error monitoring), the N45.AI API (chatbot) and Stripe (payment processing). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data based on contract performance (registration, login and use of the Platform), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and service improvement), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing communications) and compliance with legal obligations, under Article 7 of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
8. Your Rights and Security
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, as detailed on our LGPD page. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain account and registration data for the duration of the contract and for up to 5 (five) years after termination, for tax and legal purposes; usage logs are anonymized after 90 (ninety) days; data submitted via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request; and the chatbot session identifier expires when the browser is closed, as described in Section 5.
